Snowshoeing

Moonlight Hiking

Snowshoeing is really just enjoyable. Taking a nice snowshoe hike can provide a relaxing but beautiful trek across areas you could not normally reach during the winter.

But here is the best part, we do it at night during a full moon.

What Happens on the Trip?

Usually these trips are fairly short as a group goes up to any of the nearby passes and takes a nice stroll along the ridge under the moonlight. These trips tend to happen on Thursday nights.

Some warm clothes and water and you are set to go as we provide the snowshoes. Nothing like a beautiful hike in the wilderness.

Favorite Spots

We have been everywhere with our snowshoes from Berthoud Pass to the backside of peaks.

Pictures don't smell, that's a good thing because after trips we usually do. The Media section a smell-free environment.
